Company Setup in the UAE — FAQ

Yes, in many free zones, such as IFZA, registration is fully remote. A residence visa requires a visit for the medical test and Emirates ID.
How much does it cost to open a company in the UAE?
From AED 5,000 in some free zones. In Dubai: Meydan from AED 12,520, IFZA from AED 12,900, DMCC from AED 34,185. We calculate the exact cost for your business activity for free.
How long does company registration take?
The trade license is issued in 1–7 working days depending on the free zone. The visa and bank account follow after.
What taxes does a UAE company pay?
There is no personal income tax. Corporate Tax is 0% on profit up to AED 375,000 and 9% above it. Businesses with revenue up to AED 3 million can claim Small Business Relief until the end of 2029. Free zone companies meeting the conditions pay 0% on qualifying income. The two reliefs cannot be combined, a company uses one of them.
Do you help open a bank account?

Do I need an office?
For many activities a physical office is not required; a registered address in the free zone is enough.

A questionnaire, passport, photo and proof of address. We prepare the rest and guide you through each step.
Can I open a company without a residence visa?
